Description of  Problem
Owasippe Scout Reservation has suffered many Spongy Moth (formerly Gypsy Moth) invasions in the past few years. There were caterpillars everywhere, whose fecal matter often interfered with program and led to an uncomfortable time for campers. There were also moths all over the trees and wooden pavilions later in the summer. Additionally, there were many holes in leaves, as the invasive moths decimated camp foliage.
